Our Story
A Family of Builders
A one year old me in 1988 (held up) working with my father, my late grandfather, and my uncle - laying cinder blocks for the foundation of our first family home.
The first home I was able to afford on my own was in 2013. It was a 680 square foot bank foreclosure that had previously housed 9 dogs, 12 cats, 40 pigeons, and a goat in basement. Needless to say it was a complete gut job and I learned a lot.

My name is Chase Giacomo Pellizzari and you could say that building is in my blood. I have been a handy-man, carpenter, builder, renovator, contractor for over 12 years professionally now, but this journey started much earlier. Although I would say that my specialities are carpentry and tiling, I have a huge range of experience and can help with pretty much anything in or around the home. Growing up, my "chores" around the house were not kept to your typical: take out the trash, pick up after the dog, or water the plants, etc. When I was born, my parents bought a barren 2 acres of land in 1987 and had planned to build a house and develop the property with their two kids - (My Sister and I). So, for the next twenty five years, our family had work to do; create a dream home. At the time I didn't truly appreciate everything that I was learning but I can now proudly say that I have worked with and around almost every-type of contacting / handy-man work you could think of even before I turned 16 years old. I've also come to learn that it takes years to build a true place to call a home from scratch - or any state for that matter. 'Home' becomes much for than a simple building, or a piece of land to us all. And that is one of the many reasons I take pride in every job I begin. |
